other services. For your pet's protection,
please make sure his/her
vaccinations are current.

KITTENS
8 Weeks of Age:- 1st FVRCP shot (rhinotracheities, calicivirus, distemper)
- Test for FELV (feline leukemia). *If your kitten has feline luekemia, vaccinating him will not help. If he is disease-free, you will want to protect him through vaccinations.
- 2nd FVRCP shot
- 1st FELV shot
- 3rd (and final) FVRCP shot
- 2nd (and final) FELV shot
- Rabies shot *Give annually for the first two years of your dog's life; afterwards, vaccinate him against rabies every 3 years.
- For adult cats, we recommend you vaccinate against FVRCP and FELV viruses annually. However, Some veterinary clinics and veterinarians differ. Consult your pet's doctor prior to vaccinating him to determine what's best for your pet.
PUPPIES
8 Weeks of Age:- 1st DA2PP (distemper, adenovirus type 2, parainfluenza, parvovirus)
- 2nd DA2PP
- 1st Bordetella (kennel cough)
- 3rd (and final) DA2PP
- 2nd (and final) Bordetella

when you come in and we will go over your pet's needs with you and make a
