Every Creature Counts...
Building a Veterinary Clinic for the Coachella Valley Animal Campus

For the past 30 years, Animal Samaritans has provided its spay/neuter and veterinary services for the greater Coachella Valley and High Desert area out of a 3,000 square foot building located on Ramon Road in Thousand Palms. While painstakingly maintained to veterinary standards, the run-down and over-crowded building is bursting at the seams, posing daily challenges for staff, as well as human and animal clients.

We are always so busy... there is never enough space! Sometimes, our waiting list is 2 to 3 months long.

Animal Samaritans performs more spay/neuter surgeries than any other clinic in the Coachella Valley, employing state-of-the-art equipment, medicines and medical practices. Last year, while operating at maximum capacity (often six days a week), we spayed/neutered 8,353 animals, gave 24,924 vaccinations and implanted microchips in 787 pets.

And that's just the tip of the cat's tail.

With a new Veterinary Clinic, we will be able to more than double the number of spay/neuter surgeries we perform, provide more vaccinations, as well as significantly increase affordable veterinary services to low-income pet owners and their families.

Read on to learn more about how, with your help, we can make countless miracles happen every day...

They are counting on you!
