Pudge

Breed: Cocker Spaniel

Age: Year and a half

Sex: Male

Color: Chocolate

Spayed/Neutered: yes

House Trained: Unknown

My story: Pudge was recently surrendered by his owner along with his brother Smudge and is now looking for a fresh start. He is the more outgoing of the two—curious, friendly, and quick to engage with people and new surroundings. Pudge adapts more easily and tends to show his personality right away once he feels comfortable. Cocker Spaniels are known for being affectionate, intelligent, and people-oriented companions. They thrive in loving homes with consistent training, structure, and positive reinforcement. As with all dogs, their temperament is greatly influenced by guidance, routine, and human interaction. Pudge is scheduled for grooming next week, but we do not believe a “bad hair day” should delay his chance at finding a forever home.

Note: Our policies exist to protect the safety and well-being of our animals, adopters, and staff. We understand they may not work for everyone, and that’s okay. Decisions are never personal they are made with the animal’s best interest in mind.
