My story: Who doesn’t need an Uncle Bernie in their life?

You know the type… the uncle who has a story for EVERYTHING, loves a good long conversation, and is happiest when he has a comfy couch and someone willing to listen. That’s our Bernie. This sweet senior gentleman came to us as a stray and while we may never know his whole story, we do know one thing: Bernie has plenty of wisdom to share. Our medical team has been taking wonderful care of Uncle Bernie, and he is now looking for his forever home. He’s adoptable and comes with a medical waiver, which we’ll happily discuss with potential adopters in person.

Bernie isn’t asking for much. Just a soft place to land, some love, and preferably someone who appreciates a good “back in my day” story. He’s also good with another mellow dog who understands that senior gentlemen appreciate a little peace and quiet. If you’ve been missing an uncle who will keep you company, listen to your problems, and probably tell you how things used to be… Uncle Bernie is ready for his next chapter, Thursady September 25th.
